Any tips on solving sudoku puzzles?

June 19th, 2010

In school, I have to solve some 6×6 sudoku puzzles, and no matter how hard I try, I can’t get them, and they’re for a grade! please give me some tips or maybe a sudoku solver link.

A good way of solving sudoku puzzles is to keep track of what squares could have what numbers. Sometimes you can’t find a number in a row, but knowing that a number goes in that row solves another box.

Here’s a site with some techniques and things to get you going:

okk what you want to do is go through all the boxes, and first you put the number 1 in, make sure all 6 boxes have 1 then do the same with 2 then 3 then 4 etc. get it? they are very fun when you know how to do it:)

Those things take me Forever… but im pretty good!!!

you have to make sure there are all the numbers in each box….
then you have to make sure there all present in the line and column…
i always start on the left hand side all the way at the bottom and work my way up then over…
    maybe this will help
    that’s how i learned…
